FACE PC Mystery Tech!
- Today we spend $ 1,400 on mysterious technology. Usually it's Ken doing the demolition. However, today he decided to allow his Twitch fans to spend all the money on this episode. So if you suck, you know who to blame, yourself Hello, welcome to "Mystery Tech". Fish Belli Pet one inch apatosaurus pet. I have, wait, that tattoo! I get to put on a tattoo!
[Matt] Hold the pressure for a few minutes. - Okay, I'm fine. Okay, I think it should be good, right? Ooh, look at that! That's better than some A + quality. - [Ken] It's like your Taco Bell shirt. - Wait, can I make him go? - [Matt] Wow, what a real flexibility. - With a new tattoo let's see what's in the box. (Austin laughs) Wait, is that all right? Just a little dinosaur. I'm not sure what to expect. - [Ken] It's not technology, but it's good.
This is not Roboraptor, to be clear, that this is Roboraptor X, but he can have his little friend there. of "Mystery Tech". Wow, me and my buds hanging out with my speaker buds. Could he be the one breaking in, oh. So it is actually a powerful magnetic stereospeaker, if you separate it, then you actually have the earbuds themselves. Okay, so they sound good. So I think the interesting thing about them is that the buds themselves have excellent sound cancellation. So putting them literally in your ears prevents loud noise.
But more than that you have an active touch in the background, play and pause, as the pools change your volume. What I want to do, how does it work with a real speaker? Do I just wear them? - [Math] Yes. - All right. (powerful music) Oh! I did it. Wait, how did I do that? Wait, just take them back, is that all right? Wait, what happens if I take it out? Oh, my, it's like fast. Oops! All right, all right, all right, that's all right. Woo.
[Matt] That's it, there's a place you can go. - Yes. Look, it's like filling a room with noise right now. Yes, this is similar to the stereo effect from here and there. Oh, this is so good. So how much does Duolink cost? - [Matt] At the time of the shooting, you could choose them from Kickstarter for $ 99. - Is this 99? - [Matt] Yup, and when sold in full, it would be only 150. - That's really strong. So at $ 100, or $ 150, but mostly at $ 100. I mean the headphones themselves almost cost that. And that doesn’t even matter if you have a speaker, which I care about is the coolest part. I mean, sure, there has been old wireless ears in the past. But the idea of connecting with a Bluetooth speaker that might be split, and all billing and syncing together, that’s really great. So be sure to check out the Duolink link in the description and get yourself a fun audio action. (good music) A wonderful act of sound, is that how I actually said that? Fun sound action.
Yes - A fun audio action. - [Matt] Those are the words that come out of your mouth. - Hm, thank you so much for sponsoring this Duolink video. And thank you so much for allowing me to enjoy your fun audio action. So I just doubled that one. Just so you know. I caught it. Amazing bread, oh, Ken. First I think I see, the best used in the last few weeks. Is that another toaster? - [Matt] It's not just the atoaster, it's the Revolution. - Well, here's the thing.
There was an episode of "MysteryTech" a while ago where Ken bought the most expensive Japanese toaster, called the world's largest toaster. And after making fun of him mercilessly, I realized that he was actually a very good toaster, and I used it properly every day. How much was the RevolutionCooking Toast-o-matic 1400? - [Ken] $ 300. (Cool music) - This is a really big screen. Oh, you know what? Coming soon. Oops! - [Ken] Fancy. - So you know one thing I don't like about regular toasters? We are all friends here, I agree with this. It's a little scary. Slightly scary -
Consistency. - [Matt] Can you be white right now? - Consistency. - [Matt] Yes, I know who I'm talking to. - Okay, we're a gonnago cake, fresh, start. - [Matt] Bold to say that's new, but ... Give me my Pop-Tart. - Mm. You get one Pop-Tart, the other I get. - Everyone knows you eat two, okay. - Get out of here. Do you think I will not eat Pop-Tart? I mean, I'm not a Pop-Tart reviewer, but if I were to review the Revolution toaster, it might not be a change. - [Ken] Can you pay $ 300 for it, with your own money? - Not at all. Not an opportunity. However, it does a very good job. Also, I like Pop-Tarts. That's a lot of Pop-Tarts, think of $ 300 for Pop-Tarts.
I think I better get that. All right. Not one of these. Okay, so this is a 12inch mobile phone screen magnifier and Bluetooth speaker. What that means, when you talk about marketing, is a piece of plastic in front of the screen to enlarge it, with a Bluespeaker, and a small stand. I can assure you that it will not look like this. It will look bad. We can take just a moment and admit that these are a bunch of stock photos that are also loaded with awesome images. And look, there's these two girls, and it's like part of a fence. The boy opened up like a laptop and put it in front of you. An excellent old gift. Like this, it doesn't even make ...
That's one of the worst photography I've ever seen. Oh man, this is cheap, cheap. This is similar to the cheap plastic. How much did this Bluetooth speaker combination cost? - [Ken] $ 25. So that’s what we used to switch, right? Switch Lite? - It's the same, it's actually very similar. Oh, that, yup, and respectfully as I remember. Hewu! Oops! - Woo, woo. Where we go. Wait, here you can have this. Where we go - Psychedelic. - This is Ken's new camera lens. Oh, oh, oh, all right. We're almost there, we're almost there. All right. If I look at it like this, yes, this is a good idea. I think this is good. I just say, don't waste your money on any of these things because they all suck.
We've done like five things in "Mystery Tech". But if you want the best camera filter, boom, wherever you go. See, a boring HD view, a fun view. Who doesn’t want to make a fun impression? Certainly not me. Is that Furby? - By Furby. - So before I even opened the Furby Boom, how big was Ken? Because I remember hearing the news that this was a very popular and expensive children's toy. - [Ken] So I paid $ 55 for this. - Like five-five? - Five-five. - Oh, it's not so bad. That's right - Scratch that. Add an extra $ 100 to that. - Was it $ 150? - Yes. (sweet music) All right, all right. Oh, that's annoying, when you open your eyes and they just look empty and soulless. Oops. Okay -
I know that feeling. - Are you all right, Matt? - No. When I cried for help I cried out for help. (Furby Speakers) (Roboraptor Roar) - Roboraptor, Roboraptor. Roboraptor, Roboraptor. (toys playing) Are they talking right now? Wait, does Roboraptor like Furby? (Furby singing) What, Roboraptor is so excited! - [Matt] This is the first thing he did not immediately attack. (beeps) Furby has turned Roboraptor to us. - No! Is this how we lose Roboraptor? - [Furby] No way. - Oh, yes! - Find Roboraptor! - Yes! Where we go, that's what I'm talking about. All right, don't worry about that. All right. Okay, Roboraptor is very happy.
This is the Wheel of Fortune collecting Good Tiger. Lots of toys? In fact, I love Wheel of Fortune. All right, let's go, one round. All right. Event, circle. (good music) $ 500. Can I get ... Wait, E, what? Am I a second player? Why can't I be the first player? (toy buzzing and crying) Oh, it's broken. The E button is just pressed constantly. - [Ken] Well that hurts. - [Matt] Give it a good one. (toy ring) - Yes, it doesn't work.
Ta-dah, it's me, hello. Time for "Mystery Tech". Ooh, great. Keyboard. Oh, bad keyboard! Bad keyboard! Advantage Two ergonomic keyboard. Ken, I always look at these and always think they look stupid. So recently we’ve come across some of the best machine keyboards you can buy, or customize, and build. After that I had a lot of fun with this kind of stuff. So, for reference, in this special typing test I estimate about 70 to 90 based on the keyboard, words per minute. So let's see how this works. Oh, that's really bad. I have to look down because I don't know where it is. 19 words per minute with 93% accuracy. Okay, so look, if this is something that is useful to you, I get the idea of this being very ergonomic. Look, I mean, how I hold my wrists here, I think they don't feel comfortable outside the gate.
